St Ives Community Orchard

St Ives Community Orchard and Wildlife Reserve is 30 acres of beautiful open-access green space on Penbeagle Hill overlooking St Ives. A wildlife haven encouraging biodiversity as well as a place where people can socialise, work, learn, play, relax and enjoy the fruits of their labour.

It has a large, open area to relax and hold community events, a living willow dome, vegetable garden, pizza oven, bonfire space and an apiary with unusual beehives.

The CORE, an environmentally sustainable eco-centre, opened in 2024. The building aims to connect people to nature through learning, education and exploration, offering environmental education, skills and nature-based training to individuals, local groups and schools
