Potter at work: Throwing Demonstration, Muchelney Pottery’s Lead Potter, Mark Melbourne

Mark will demonstrate his approach to throwing on a kickwheel in the Leach Pottery Museum – to include tea and casual conversation. 

The Muchelney Pottery, established in 1965 by John and Lizzie Leach, produces pottery with many similarities in ethos to John’s grandfather Bernard and father David, Leach in producing objects of beauty and functionality.
