Nate Najar
Nate Najar, Matt Brown, Callum Gourlay. Guitarist Nate Najar is emerging as one of this decade’s finest modern jazz exponents. Playing acoustic classical guitar with right hand classical technique, Nate seamlessly weaves melody, harmony and rhythmic freedom. The result is music that is swinging, emotional, inventive and interesting.

Maria Chiara Argirò: piano, synths, compositions. Sam Rapley: tenor sax, clarinet. Tal Janes: guitar. Andrea Di Biase: double bass. Gaspar Sena: drums. Maria Chiara Argirò blends classical, folk traditions and electronic music with her own approach to harmony and melody calling strongly on contemporary jazz. The group will present some brand new compositions from the second album ‘Hidden Seas’ (released later in 2018).

A family-based band from the highest mountains of Virginia – an area rich in old time music tradition. They preserve their region’s style of old time fiddling and banjo picking and are legendary musicians and teachers of the style.

The Ronnie Scott’s All Stars – Jazz Classics
The album Jazz Classics was recorded live at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in 2012. Much of the material is drawn from The Great American Songbook featuring composers and lyricists such as Gershwin, Rodgers & Hart, and Lerner & Loewe. The album will be performed alongside other classic songs from jazz legends including Ronnie Scott and Tubby Hayes.
