Environmental and heritage walks with the Native Guide
Join local environmental teacher Gavin Nicol to discover a treasure-trove of viewpoints, natural history, culture and heritage off the St.Ives tourist trail. Our three-hour walks start with a vehicle journey to an iconic viewpoint overlooking St.Ives, followed by a gentle walk down through rich countryside to the coast path and back into town. Falun Gong
Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa) is a traditional Chinese self-cultivation practice. It improves mental and physical wellbeing through meditation exercises and developing one’s character, according to Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance. See Introduction to Falun Gong here:

All ages welcome.  We will set up lotus flower making workshop along side the meditation, so that children can be entertained while mums and dads are meditating.
